Common questions

Demo FAQ

What is CallMonkey Click2Call?

It lets a website visitor start a browser-based call that connects to a receiving user on a webphone.

Does the website visitor need to install an application?

No. The visitor starts the call directly from the website through a supported browser.

How do I receive demo credentials?

Request access through CallMonkey by Messenger, Facebook, or email. Credentials are sent privately when a guided test is arranged.

Why are the credentials temporary?

Temporary access keeps the shared demonstration controlled and may be rotated between testers.

Can I use the webphone on a smartphone?

You can evaluate it in a current mobile browser. Browser and device behavior can vary, so a guided test is recommended.

Can I test using only one computer?

Yes. Keep the webphone in a separate tab or window and use a headset to reduce audio feedback.

Why is a headset or second device recommended?

It reduces speaker-to-microphone feedback and makes the two-way audio test easier to assess.

Does the generic demo use an agent account?

The generic demo uses an extension-only webphone. Agent, queue, and contact-center capabilities can be demonstrated separately.

Can resellers request a guided demonstration?

Yes. Request a reseller discussion so CallMonkey can arrange temporary access and a suitable schedule.

Can CallMonkey connect to an existing SIP server?

Integration options for existing SIP systems are available separately and depend on compatibility review.
